Loved-up couples celebrated their ‘relation-ships’ this Valentine’s Day with Carnival Cruise Line, hosting the largest fleetwide vow renewal at sea, with ceremonies in Australia virtually officiated by Chief Fun Officer Shaquille O’Neal. Guests onboard Carnival Luminosa and Carnival Splendor were the first in the global fleet to take part in the romantic tradition, celebrated across all 27 Carnival ships.

Couples onboard Carnival Splendor enjoyed the ceremony during their 4-night Moreton Island cruise from Sydney, while guests on Carnival Luminosa took part during a 7-night South Pacific cruise from Brisbane.

Guests were invited to reaffirm their love and commitment to each other with the vow renewal ceremony, which even included a ‘kiss cam’ to spotlight couples on the big screen! The ceremony was followed by an onboard reception complete with a champagne toast, cake-cutting moment, and a DJ spinning well-loved wedding classics.
