Ha Long Bay listed among 51 most beautiful places in the World

“Our Planet sure is incredible”, stated Caitin Morton, an editor of Condé Nast Traveler - a famous American magazine. Whether these are massive glaciers, staggering mountains, plain dotted with wild animals or fascinating white sand beaches, there are countless travel-worthy sites from islands of Southeast Asia to deserts of the Middle East. Morton finally came to her list of 51 staggering landscapes and awe-inspiring wonders, which included Ha Long Bay of Vietnam.

Ha Long Bay is located in northeast Vietnam , within Quang Ninh Province, is 165 km from the capital of Ha Noi. Ha Long Bay has been recognised as UNESCO World Heritage site since 1994. Covering an area of over 1,500 square kilometres and including 1,969 islands and islets, most of which are uninhabited and unaffected by humans, it forms a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars and is an ideal model of a mature Karst landscape developed during a warm and wet tropical climate.

It is surely a must-visit bay and guaranteed that this bay will not disappoint any visitors coming to this spot to enjoy and relax. Visitors can choose to go on a cruise and participate in exciting activities such as kayaking, cave exploring,... or head east to the islands in Bai Tu Long Bay, explore the floating village of Cua Van, swim off uninhabited islands and treat yourselves to exceptional levels of service and food on board.
