Japan's longest shopping street

Japan's longest shopping street
The bustling alleys of Tenma in Osaka Prefecture come alive in the evening, when locals head out to the many izakaya (Japanese-style pub) in the area.

Whether you're looking for traditional Japanese cuisine or a more western take, you'll be sure to leave satisfied.

Tenjinbashi-suji, which claims to be Japan's longest shopping street, is also located in this neighbourhood. At 2.6 kilometres long you can shop til you drop!

Tenma Station is located just one stop from Osaka Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line.
