Guest at the resort can now learn how to cook authentic St Lucian Creole dishes alongside Mama Madeline, mother of one of the hotel chefs. Madeline invites guests to her home to enjoy a traditional Creole menu and share stories of what makes St Lucia the ‘Helen of the West’. With an abundance of produce in her own back garden, guests learn to cook with fresh grown fruits and vegetables and the occasional land crab! Cap Maison’s Executive Chef Craig Jones also offers a cooking course which begins in the local market to hand pick the indigenous ingredients guests will learn to cook with. The hotels two restaurants, the Cliff at Cap and The Naked Fisherman, use locally sourced ingredients to create their award-winning dishes. Saint Lucia.
