Opened in 2015, the Marriott Grand Ballroom is home to 28 versatile meeting rooms, including the Philippines’ largest pillar-less hotel ballroom with a capacity of 4,000 people in the theatre setup. It is today unparalleled in sheer size and functionality -- a massive complex equivalent to 20 basketball courts combined.
In 2020, the hotel will add more capability with the launch of the MGBX Convention Hall, adding more than 3,300 sqm of additional event/exhibition space to the Marriott Grand Ballroom.
MGBX is designed for the specific requirements of exhibitions and conferences. It offers a large pre-function area, two meeting rooms, and a convention hall divisible into three rooms. Each of the three partitions within the convention hall provides more than 900 sqm of space and a ceiling height of 3.4 meters. The two meeting rooms, each about 290 sqm in size, make for the perfect breakout rooms should these be needed during the event. When fully occupied, MGBX will host as much as 4,800 people at a given time.
Marriott Manila is strategically located within the Philippines' first integrated resort complex, Resorts World Manila. The hotel is also conveniently opposite NAIA Terminal 3, which guests can access with complimentary shuttles from the hotel.
