In-person workshops will also take place in early 2025, ensuring participants gain practical insights and skills that enhance the region’s reputation as a world-class destination.
Who Can Participate?
The program is open to a wide range of businesses and individuals who play a role in shaping the visitor experience. This includes professionals working in hotels, venues, transport, tours, events, attractions, retail, and dining, as well as dedicated volunteers in the visitor economy.What Participants Will Gain

What the Program Covers
The online course consists of five modules, with topics including:- World-class hosting principles
- Accessibility and inclusion
- Storytelling techniques
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural insights and environmental sustainability
- Local experiences and tourism products
Each module takes between five and 40 minutes to complete, with the full course requiring approximately 1.5 hours.
