Inn Bangkok is inviting guests to embark on a journey to the great culinary crossroads of Northern Thailand. Special menus that include dishes which reflect the many influences and traditions of the region, will be available for lunch and dinner at Ginger Restaurant and ConneXion from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.
Northern Thai cuisine is renowned for its bold flavours, use of aromatic spices, and hearty dishes. They reflect the region's cultural heritage shaped by the centuries old trading routes that passed through the area.
Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of authentic Northern Thai specialties, crafted by the creative culinary team.
One of the highlights is the classic Northern curry, distinctive for its rich sauce infused with fragrant herbs and spices, served with fresh rice vermicelli. Pork spare rib is slow-simmered and served in hung lay curry paste, a sweet and tangy dish that is served with fragrant jasmine rice.
The menu features a diverse selection of appetisers, soups, mains and desserts. The special dishes are priced from THB 200++ per dish and available at Ginger and ConneXion from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 between 11.00 to 23.00 hours
