'Beach Clean-up, Upcycling Exhibition and Kite Festival''

You are kindly requested to participate in the 'Beach Clean-up, Upcycling Exhibition and Kite Festival' which is to be held on the 28th of July 2024 from 9.00 am onwards at the Bentota Beach.

 
You can participate in the 'Beach Clean-up' to support my students to clean the beach, in the 'Upcycling Exhibition' to evaluate the creativity of the students, and in the 'Kite Festival' again as judges to choose the best kites.

* Preparing Exhibits - from 9.00am to 10.00 am
* Beach Clean-up from 10.00 am to 10.45am (several groups at several places on the beach)
* Upcycling Exhibition from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm
* Kite Festival from 12.30pm to 1.30pm

I am one of the private English tutors from Galle and I am organizing this for the third time this year. My intention is to make my students nature lovers, to evaluate their creativity and to make people aware of the importance of reducing the usage of plastic. By organizing this I don't hope any funds or financial benefits. I just need to make sure that I did something towards the conservation of environment.

 
On the above mentioned day, you will see the creativity of my students and you can share your ideas and advices. No one is expected to pay for anything. Just be present to encourage my students.
