As the doors of our theatres, concert halls and galleries collectively close in response to Covid-19, the arts community in Australia is reeling.

We have cancelled performances at the time of year when we’d usually be at our busiest. The health and well-being of our staff, performers, patrons and the broader community must be our priority.
