GRIFFITH TO CELEBRATE AT LA FESTA

The annual Griffith Easter party, La Festa, will be held this weekend with an exciting program of music, food, wine and cultural celebrations. It will also feature a Children’s Easter Brunch, Easter Saturday Sidewalk Sale, Legends of La Vegas Ball, Bacchus on the Lake Fun Run, Pioneer Park Auction Day, CWA Allsorts Market and much more.

Destination NSW Chief Executive Officer Sandra Chipchase said: “Tourism is vital to the economy of Regional NSW, and our Regional Flagship Events Program helps events like Griffith La Festa attract visitors from across NSW and around Australia.”

“In the year ending September 2014, Regional NSW experienced more than 50 million international and domestic visitors, delivering up to $13.3 billion in overnight visitor expenditure.

La Festa will take place on 4 April from 10am – 6.30pm in Memorial Park, Griffith.
