CRUISE BAR & RESTAURANT HEATS UP FOR WINTER TRUFFLES, TUNES AND LATE NIGHTS HIT THE HARBOUR

Cruise Bar & Restaurant
Cruise Bar & Restaurant is turning up the heat this winter, serving truffles, tunes and good times on tap as it brings the city back to the harbour. Following its grand return in May, the iconic venue has hit its stride — and now it's embracing the cooler months with a rich new menu, the return of live music, and a vibrant late-night program that’s redefining weekends on the waterfront.

Head Chef Han Chen (ex-Amare, Felix) has created a decadent seasonal menu that heroes the prized Manjimup black truffle. Designed to celebrate the richness of Australia’s winter produce, the limited-time menu features standout dishes like a succulent Gundagai free range lamb rack, a Stone Axe Wagyu beef and mushroom burger with truffle aioli, and a silky-smooth truffle crème brûlée. For those who like their indulgence with a little extra flair, the ‘Let It Rain’ upgrade brings freshly shaved truffle to any dish on request — spontaneous, luxurious, and unapologetically fun. Available for the season only, it’s a fleeting chance to experience the magic of Australia’s finest truffles, right on Sydney Harbour.

As the temperature dips, the party heats up. Cruise After Dark is now lighting up Friday and Saturday nights with DJs, dancing, and drinks by the water. From post-dinner cocktails to harbour-side grooves, the late-night series marks a bold return to Sydney’s after-dark scene — bringing the city back out after hours and reclaiming Cruise’s place as one of its most iconic nightlife destinations.

Also making a welcome return is the venue’s much-loved live music program. From Thursday through Sunday, Cruise is soundtracking the city with smooth acoustic sets, golden hour grooves and late-night sessions designed to match the rhythm of the harbour. Long known as a place to settle in, sip something special, and listen as the night unfolds, Cruise is once again serving live music in the place it belongs — by the water.

“Sydney’s connection to Cruise runs deep — and now that we’re back, we’re giving people more reasons to return,” says General Manager John Harvey. “We’ve brought in truffles for winter, turned the volume back up on our music program, and launched a new late-night series that gives the city a reason to stay out. Cruise has always been about celebrating the best of Sydney — and this season, we’re doing exactly that.”

Cruise Bar & Restaurant is open seven days a week, with DJs every Friday and Saturday night, and live music Thursday through Sunday. For full menu details and upcoming events, visit
