In a rare collaboration, Olly Le Maitre of Black Estate Restaurant and Tom Hishon of kingi will join forces to deliver a five-course degustation menu that explores flavour, heritage and creativity. Expect refined dishes such as Jerusalem artichoke with Périgord truffle and Tītī (mutton-bird) paired with swede, orange and horopito.

The evening begins with a welcome drink and snacks in The Lounge, followed by a progression through the interactive Chef’s Library and Wine Library. It concludes back in The Lounge with petit fours and digestifs, allowing guests to savour each element of the night at their own pace.
