Just over a century since the end of World War I, interest in battlefield tourism continues to grow, especially on the Western Front in France and Belgium.
The updated 3rd edition of Bradt’s World War I Battlefields remains the only compact practical travel guide to cover French and Belgian battlefield sites.

Bradt will publish D-Day Landings: a travel guide to Normandy's Beaches and Battlegrounds, by Mary Anne Evans and Alistair McKenzie, in March 2024.
Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the military mission that changed World War II, it will be a new guidebook to visiting beaches, memorials, museums and battlefields associated with D-Day and the Battle of Normandy (Operation Overlord).
