Have you tried pairing your fish cuisines with sake?

They are a match made in heaven – sake comes from a country that is surrounded by the ocean, and it plays an important role in drawing out the umami from seafood. 

Pair white-fleshed fish like sea bream with a light ginjo or daiginjo, or richer fish like salmon with a full-bodied sake. 

You can also choose the temperature of your sake to complement the way the dish is prepared. There is no shortage of delicious pairings of sake and seafood!
