My breakfasts at Mezz each morning were amazing. I started each day with a tantalising spread of French, American, and Asian hot and cold favourites. I enjoyed fresh fruit juices, melt-in-your-mouth pastries, freshly made waffles, and eggs cooked to my liking at the egg station. I complemented my meal with rich, aromatic coffee, and I indulged in the chocolate fountain and a scoop of ice cream for a sweet touch to my morning.

Paying homage to the “World’s Best Rice” (2019), ST25 by KOTO offers a unique Vietnamese dining experience. Using locally sourced ingredients, chefs Bao La and Heath Gordon create vibrant dishes that celebrate Vietnamese culture while supporting community empowerment through KOTO’s social mission. Every meal here contributes to a greater cause while offering unforgettable flavours.

I enjoyed my evening meal in ST25 of Chả giò (Deep fried braised Australian wagyu beef cheek spring rolls, served with roasted chili ketchup and basil herb salad), KOTO Fried Chicken (Deep fried garlic marinated chicken wings tossed with nước mắm caramel, topped with lemongrass, chili, and fried garlic), and Bánh chuối nướng (Caramelised Vietnamese banana cake served with vanilla bean ice cream and warm Valrhona 70% dark chocolate sauce).
