Hotel Valldemossa, Mallorca 
Boutique hotel portfolio, It Mallorca, has acquired the Hotel Valldemossa and will reopen it in February 2024. 

A manor house located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the property was once part of the Royal Charterhouse Palace. 

It will now offer twelve adult-only rooms offering with views of Mallorca, an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa known as the Sanctuary, and De Tokio a Lima serving a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. 

Hotel Valldemossa is a short stroll from the village of the same name which was once described as the most beautiful place in the world.by world nineteenth century composer, Frédéric Chopin. 

The village of Valldemossa is surrounded by olive and almond trees and has cobbled streets lined with cafes, shops and galleries. 

The area attracts hiking and cycling enthusiasts with the challenging ascent to Sa Calobra, a winding path leading to lighthouses, historic castles and coves.

In addition to the Hotel Valldemossa, Calatrava, Can Cera, Can Alomar and Sant Jaume are at downtown locations in Palma while Can Aulí is in the heart of Pollença. 

Mallorca (Majorca), one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, is known for beach resorts, sheltered coves, mountains and Roman and Moorish remains. 

Capital Palma has nightlife, the Moorish Almudaina royal palace and 13th-century Santa María Cathedral. Stone-built villages include Pollença, with its art galleries and music festival, and hillside Fornalutx, surrounded by citrus plantations. 

Every hotel is a project for Owner, Miguel Conde, and his architect wife, Cristina Marti. Works of art created in collaboration with local artists decorate the public spaces and rooms in all It Mallorca hotels.
