Chinese Junk Boat “Dukling”

In 2015, HS has acquired the sole traditional three-mast Chinese Junk Boat “Dukling” which was built in 1955. It is the sole authentic Chinese Junk boat still operating in Hong Kong. Dukling was a typical fishing Junk in the 50s and 60s as well as the home of former fishermen. The name of the boat came from the shape of the hull which looks like a duck. Dukling has been featured in a number of old and new movies. It is not only an icon of Hong Kong but also a collective memory of the Hong Kong people.
