Developed in partnership with Built and the City of Sydney, the property is set across the ground and subterranean levels of the former Sub Station No. 164 and historic Shelley’s Warehouse buildings on Clarence Street.
The transformation preserves the rich heritage fabric of the buildings, including 14-metre-high ceilings, grand ornate windows and original machinery.
It will offer multi-use spaces for events, exhibitions and community projects, plus private members club.
