Activities to happen at Tourism Gift Festival 2023 in Ha Noi

From 6th to 8th October 2023, at the Pedestrian - Cultural Space on Tran Nhan Tong Street, in Ha Noi, the Tourism Gift Festival 2023 will take place with many attractive activities.

The Ha Noi Tourism Gift Festival 2023 will be organised from 6th - 8th October in the capital city as part of a series of activities to mark the 69th anniversary of Capital Liberation Day (10th October 1954 - 2023).

The event is expected to stimulate tourism, promote the image of the capital city - an attractive and safe tourist destination to draw more domestic and international visitors, and create opportunities for artisans, craft villages and production units to introduce the quintessence of the city’s craft village products.

Several activities will be held during the three-day event, including a seminar on “Tourism gift manufacturing and development in Ha Noi” at the Center for Culture and Arts… The highlight of the event is the opening ceremony that takes place on the evening of 6th October, at the gate of Thong Nhat Park. The programme is attractively built with scenes, showing clips of tourism activities achieved in 2022, outstanding activities in 2023.

At the Festival, there will be 70 - 80 standard booths, including 8 display spaces, introducing high-end, sophisticated, and unique gift products from production and business establishments making tourist gifts. In addition, tourism service businesses will offer travel voucher gift products at promotional prices; exhibiting tourism and hotel business activities; operations of airlines; experience area, food court, art show…

Festival-goers will also join the craft village experience space, make bamboo dragonflies, experience making colourful gifts, coffee, art flower arrangements…

The Organising Board sets up photography spaces with thematic landscapes to promote and honour Ha Noi's traditional craft villages such as Phu Vinh bamboo and rattan village, Chang Son paper fan village, Van Phuc silk village, Thach Xa dragonfly village and Bat Trang pottery village.

Besides, visitors will be able to admire the beautiful photo exhibition space of Ha Noi tourism, displaying beautiful artworks promoting Ha Noi tourism with the content "Visitor's smile"; experience the culinary space introduced to domestic and international tourists, especially the Ha Noi culinary introduction area, restaurants that have just been certified by the Michelin Organization.

Within the framework of the festival, there are also events responding to the Marathon photo organisation "24h - Ha Noi comes to love"; cyclo parade brings festival gifts closer to tourists on the streets; flashmob (improvised) dance performances and street activities of young people.
