More international flights landing in Brisbane

Cathay Pacific will increase its direct flights from Hong Kong to Brisbane from four to six flights a week this December in the latest deal backed by the Attracting Aviation Investment Fund (AAIF). 

The increased frequency will generate almost $158 million for the Queensland visitor economy over two years, with more than 76,00 inbound seats in the first year.

Additionally, Korean Air has celebrated 30 years of flying a direct service between Seoul and Brisbane with an announcement of increasing their service to daily from November 2023.
