The event was held on the occasion of the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-19/5/2023), towards the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2023), responding to the National Tourism Year 2023 and simultaneously aiming to stimulate demand, restore and develop the tourism industry of Mong Cai in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.
