Ultimate Safaris’ offering self-drive rental vehicles to guests arriving in Namibia for the wildlife has been increased with six more Toyotas joining the fleet. 

Namibia, a country in southwest Africa, has the Namib Desert along its Atlantic Ocean coast. 

The country is home to diverse wildlife, including a significant cheetah population. 

The capital, Windhoek, and coastal town Swakopmund contain German colonial-era buildings. 

In the north, Etosha National Park’s salt pan draws game including rhinos and giraffes. 

Ultimate Safaris’ is transferring vehicles based in the capital Windhoek to hybrid, with the first Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid vehicle, named 2022 Car of the Year by the South African Guild of Mobility journalists, now in operation.

These hybrid vehicles will be used to transfer guests around Windhoek and for transfers. 

Ultimate Safaris offers privately guided, naturalist safaris for individuals and small in Namibia.
