The new BoTree will open in July 2023 in London’s West End

The BoTree, London 

Located at the intersection of Marylebone and Mayfair, the five-star BoTree will have 199-room hotel with 29 suites. 

Along with bars and two restaurants, one of which will provide rooftop views of the city, there will be a live music club and boutique screening room. 

The BoTree will become a sister property to the Middle Eight and The Guardsman hotels and will open as a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection.
