RiseNY, at 160 West 45th Street, is a new attraction in NYC featuring a ride that allows visitors to experience the Big Apple from a bird’s-eye view along with museum galleries highlighting iconic aspects of the city.

RiseNY’s centerpiece is a multi-sensory flying theatre that sees riders lifted 30 feet into the air, and ‘taken’ on a journey over and through NYC’s skyline, landmarks and world-famous events while inside a 180-degree, 40-foot projection dome featuring 8K aerial footage that simulates the sensation of flight. 

Full motion seats dip, turn and soar, while wind, mist and scents enhance the experience.

A soundtrack has Taylor Swift’s Welcome to New York and Frank Sinatra’s Theme From New York. 

RiseNY has been created by Running Subway, a New York-based entertainment production company. 

The exhibit galleries include a focus on Broadway shows; the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame; Museum of American Finance; Museum of Broadcast Communications & Radio Hall of Fame; The Museum at FIT; Skyscraper Museum and Tribeca Festival.
