Visit Vietnam Year 2022 highlights Green tourism

“Quang Nam - Green tourism destination” has been chosen as the theme of the Visit Vietnam Year 2022 hosted by Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

As expected, the grand opening ceremony will take place on March 25 at Hoi An Memories Island (Hoi An City) and the closing ceremony will be in December at Vinpearl Nam Hoi An.

Hosting the Visit Vietnam Year 2021 as a valuable opportunity for the Quang Nam Province to recover and develop tourism after a long time being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Visit Vietnam Year is a major tourism event with cultural, economic and social meaning in national and international scale. Therefore, the tourism industry and related units was asked to develop a roadmap, scenario, and event scale in accordance with conditions to ensure safety and prevent pandemic.

The Visit Vietnam Year 2021 was hosted in Ninh Binh Province. On December 30, 2021 in Ninh Binh city, the closing ceremony of the event “Visit Vietnam Year 2021 - Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh” took place and the flag of event was transferred to Quang Nam Province to host in 2022.
