With breathtaking views of the midnight fireworks display, it’s the ultimate way to say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. Offering a creative, contemporary Australian cuisine, Silvester’s renowned Chef Rafael Szurek, trained across Michelin Starred restaurants, has curated two specially designed menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve with his team.
Drawing on influences from France to Vietnam, both menus feature classic French techniques with each dish crafted from the freshest, quality seasonal and sustainable produce.
