Queensland Event Award Wins

The Outback Queensland Masters 2019 golf series, supported by TEQ, has been awarded winner of the 'Best New Event' at the Australian Event Awards - the Australian event industry's night of nights. Several Queensland events were also recognised as finalists at the Brisbane-based awards ceremony, held at Victoria Park on 21 October 2020. See the full list of award winners and finalists here.

In more awards news, the Queensland Garden Expo, supported through TEQ's Queensland Destination Events Program, has won the 'Events & Engagement Award' in the prestigious Australian Institute of Horticulture National Awards. The award win recognises the event's community engagement initiatives and environmentally-friendly ethos and practices.
