Indonesia Routes Transferred From SilkAir Available for Booking
Scoot flights to Semarang and Yogyakarta are currently available for booking from the Scoot website, mobile app and registered travel partners. The first that is scheduled to commence operations, subject to changes, will be the Singapore-Yogyakarta route starting from 29 September 2020. These are two of six destinations, including Balikpapan, Lombok, Makassar and Manado, previously operated by SilkAir and which are being transferred to Scoot.

Re-introducing Meal Pre-Orders for Selected Bookings
We have resumed pre-ordering of meals, with a limited menu selection. Due to regulatory reasons, pre-ordering of meals is currently not available for certain routes, and refreshment packs will be pre-placed on seats instead for these flights. Purchase of meals and beverages on board will not be available till further notice.

Check-in for Flights from Singapore via Chatbot

In addition to checking in via the Scoot website or our mobile app, passengers may now choose to check-in for their flights from Singapore with the help of M.A.R.V.I.E., Scoot's Chatbot via Facebook Messenger.
