NAUSICCA -3D journey through the oceans, space and time

With giant screens (45 million pixels), a projection surface of 430 square metres and an array of projectors and banks of speakers, the attraction take visitors on an immersive, 3D journey through the oceans, space and time aboard the NAUSICAA Explorer.

This starts at the coast and then travels to see the effects of climate change from all angles as well as seeking out possible solutions. 

The aim is to bring visitors into the very heart of the climate emergency to educate and inspire positive action. 

Created by Pixel and Pepper Studio it enhances NAUSICAA’s credentials as a UNESCO Centre of Excellence for Awareness Raising. 

NAUSICCA, the French national sea centre, and Europe's largest aquarium, has launched a new attraction that puts visitors 'in the eye of the climate change storm'.
