Adam's Peak from Colombo

This is the first time in well over a decade, that we in the city have been able to catch a glimpse of the sacred mountain so clearly from the capital. And it's been even longer since the sky has been clear enough to see the trail of lights. One of the positives that has come from this pandemic is that nature is thriving! We've had sightings of a black panther in the hill country, and all around us, the sound of birds and nature have replaced the sounds of traffic.
