Congratulations to 2019 Experience Mekong Collection Showcases

This year started with our announcement of our 2019 Experience Mekong Collection Showcases. Now in our second year, we send a heartfelt congratulations to our Experience Mekong Collection Showcases, that truly exemplify the best in sustainable travel experiences, the Greater Mekong Subregion has to offer:

> China: The Linden Centre - Dali, Yunnan (Stay Category)
> Cambodia: Soksabike - Battambang (Tour Category)
> Lao PDR: Elephant Conservation Centre (Do Category)
> Myanmar: Hla Day (Shop Category)
>Thailand: Sampran Riverside (Stay Category)
> Viet Nam: Streets International (Taste Category)

I wish to thank the amazing individuals of the METAG (Mekong Tourism Advisory Group), who have helped in selecting the 2019 EMC Showcases, and Mahidol University for working on the case studies in featuring the great work these businesses have done, to help other businesses to learn and get inspired. Please see more information about the2019 Experience Mekong Collection, as well as last year's 2018 Experience Mekong Collection, and please share and like our dedicated Experience Mekong Collection Facebook Page. Finally, we look to create a Mekong Stories Book, featuring the stories of these Experience Mekong Collection businesses, as well as stories of great journeys and of amazing Mekong Heroes. Contact me to be part of this exciting project!

We hope to see many of you at ITB Berlin and Arival Berlin this week. Please reach out and say hello, and let's discuss how to work together in making the Mekong Region one of the most sustainable tourism destinations possible.

Thank you.
