Located on the 7th floor of GINZA PLACE, BISTRO MARX is the first overseas bistro created by the famous Parisian pastry chef, Thierry Marx. You need to buy their brioche (1,620 JPY) that is made from carefully chosen domestic eggs and wheat flour.
