Hervey Bay Superboat action televised nationally this weekend

Re-live all the high-octane excitement of the Hervey Bay Boat Club Offshore Superboats this weekend.

Following the final round action, the event will be aired on SBS Speed Week this Sunday 6th December from 2pm. The final round of the championship will be aired to an estimated 430,000 viewers.

Fraser Coast Opportunities (FCO) Manager for Tourism and Events, Tas Webber said after an incredible weekend of weather, spectating and racing it’s rewarding to see the event continue to promote the region.

‘Having Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast featured on SBS Speed Week showcases our region to almost half a million people nation-wide.’

‘On top of Speed Week, coverage will also be extending to international channels in coming months including Foxtel, Sommet Sports (New Zealand) and MAV TV (North America),’ Mr Webber said.
