“Journey along the Great Wall”

The China National Tourist Office (CNTO) and China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) are gearing up for an exciting summer, with China’s Great Wall and Silk Road being the continued focus.

At the end of May and beginning of June, CNTO and CNTA hosted events in Los Angeles, Mexico City, Mexico and Sao Paulo, Brazil to promote the “Journey along the Great Wall” campaign. 

More than 40 members from tourism boards and trade organizations throughout China attended the events with CNTO and CNTA, where hundreds of trade professionals (and in some of the locations, consumers too) attended the events to learn more about China’s iconic attraction. 

China continues to work to preserve, maintain and enhance the wall, as well as new and easier ways to get there, and promotion of the destination to bring awareness to North American consumers.
