Down Under Cruise & Dive are pleased to announce the launch of a new semi-submersible reef tour which will run in conjunction with our Osprey V Reef Cruise, departing daily from Cairns QLD.
After losing our previous semi-submersible to the destructive Cyclone Yasi in February 2011, Down Under Cruise and Dive has now built a new vessel which will seat up to 38 passengers and provide our guests with a 30 minute tour of the reef complete with marine commentary. This experience is educational and allows our guests to be submerged underwater without getting wet.
This new addition will add to our already impressive list of options available on our Great Barrier Reef Tour. Already specialists in snorkelling, scuba diving, glass bottom boat tours and scenic helicopter flights we can now offer our guests yet another way to view the spectacular marine life of the underwater world.
