THAILAND REVAMPS MUSLIM-FRIENDLY TRAVEL APP

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has revamped its Muslim-friendly app as the destination prepares to welcome back Middle East visitors this winter

The app, which helps Muslim guests find their way around the kingdom, has a redesigned interface to enhance the user experience, plus expanded content including 110 new restaurants, 70 new mosques, 75 new hotels, 10 healthcare facilities, 19 education centres, 20 shopping locations, 17 travel destinations and five additional video clips.

Available on both iOS and Android, the app is an online and offline guidebook that helps Muslim visitors find venues and facilities of cultural importance.
