Nouveau Culinary Delights at T'ang Court, the Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai

The new a la carte menu of T'ang Court offers a mesmerizing option of Tony's dishes with the following highlights:
  • Shanghainese barbecued pork in soya sauce - a classic dish of Shanghai adopting supreme pork from Spain
  • Steamed grouper with vegetables, ham and bamboo shoots – specially chosen deep water sea tiger grouper complemented by the Japanese matsutake and bamboo shoots in supreme soup.
  • Braised bean curd with mushrooms, asparagus and crab meat - handmade Tofu matched with fresh mushroom, Japanese seaweed, fried conpoy, asparagus and crab meat
  • Pan-fried scallops with pumpkin in bell pepper sauce – taste of pan-friend Japanese scallops is enhanced by the organic pumpkin and pepper sauced crab meat
  • Sautéed lobster with cheese and vegetables – American red lobster sautéed with cheese and organic mushrooms

Other highlights of the new menu are sautéed grouper with lily bulbs in black truffles sauce, braised sea cucumber with shrimp roes and onion, pan-fried grouper with string bean in soya sauce, marinated sea cucumber with onions and homemade sauce, etc. Patrons can also opt for set lunch menu with two choices from Monday to Friday, RMB198* or RMB268* per person.

There is also a good choice of six set dinner menus for you to entertain business associates or to enjoy meeting with friends and family. Price starts from RMB 528* per person. “Food is a work of art.
