• Beach Carnivale, Dragon Boats, Run & Swim ...

The Beach Carnivale comes to Cotton Tree May 5. There's free live music, outdoor movie, amusements and more. Make up a team and paddle in the Dragon Boat Festival or the Sunshine Coast Relay for Life. The Island Charity Swim is a fun free event, but also a true test of endurance for long distance ocean swimmers. At 11 km it’s the second longest open water swim in Australia.

• Sunshine Coast Wedding Expo

Grab the bridal party and head on down to the Sunshine Coast Wedding Expo, with hundreds of loved-up brides and grooms-to-be. You'll have access to over 70 of the best wedding vendors under one roof, wedding planning at it's best, stress free, a glass of bubbly with all your wedding suppliers at your fingertips. • Sea N Sound Festival.
