Sport Experiences

Slovenia
Slovenia in general likes to describe itself as a country with an active heart. Said this all Slovenians enjoy the week-ends in nature. Exploring the mountain peaks; paddling down the rapid waters, sailing in the Adriatic Sea or immerse into the rich underground... The landscape of the country is so diverse that each destination includes a variety of different activities for a fresh start of the day.

Slovenian Coast preserves its active spirit with its sea. In the morning the guests can enjoy a wonderful jogging towards the salt fields; where the salty sea breeze captures its intensity and releases the stress. Morning bike will pump the heart rate for a productive meeting. As a last choice guests can meditate with a yoga class just by the sea.

Ljubljana the capital is known to be a very friendly biking city. Guests can hop on the bike and explore the surroundings of the scenic Ljubljana marshes close by.
Jogging around the Tivoli Park or a morning boot camp classes can be organized as well. Not far from Ljubljana is a small mountain, where all the locals hike during the week-ends. It can be a perfect experience for a sunrise option.
Some of the industrial rooftops are suitable for a yoga class or other meditation related activities.

The Alpine area is known for refreshing mornings that are filled with fresh oxygen. The guests can choose from water related activities at the lake or racing the stream of the river. Kayak, canoe, sup, sailing or even morning swimming are just some of the choices...Jogging is the most common choice for the morning sport, as the circular pathway is just right to make a circle or two around the glacial Lake Bled.

Slovenia can surprise you with its simplicity and elegancy.
People love and take care of their traditional values that enrich the every day.
For the most adventurous client a day on a farm with local family or a day exploring the woods with their mystical power can be something different from the bustling city lights.
