Intended to showcase China’s 52 UNESCO World Heritage sites to current and potential partners in the U.S., the event featured a presentation by Samantha Brown of PBS, who told stories from her travels in China and conveyed her unique perspectives on the World Heritage sites.
There was also be self-directed interactive touch-screen displays to allow attendees to virtually appreciate the beauty of the sites, as well as demonstrations of traditional Chinese paper-cutting and calligraphy and a themed TapSnap photo booth to round out the memorable fun.
