A showcase of abundance and diversity of food and wine awaits with the heavenly Southern Highlands Food and Wine festival from 30th September – 1st October at Corbett Gardens, Bowral. Justine Schofield from Everyday Gourmet on Channel Ten and a fan favourite contestant from the first series of MasterChef, will be the festival's masterclass chef, hosting cooking demonstrations and book signings each day of the Festival.

For the avid connoisseurs, you can get an insider’s view of the final trophy winning wines as they are announced during the prestigious 2017 Australian Highlands Wine Show Gourmet Awards Dinner on the Friday night. Held in Gibraltar’s stunning ball room with Guest host Justine Schofield and a menu designed by local award-winning chefs from Eschalot, Bistro Officina and Gibraltar’s very own San Fior Dining. Enjoy this exclusive three-course gourmet dinner which has been meticulously planned and matched with the final trophy winning wines.

Tickets for this must attend event are $150 per person and need to be booked through the Southern Highlands Food & Wine Festival website.
