KOJO strengthens Australian foothold with expansion to Perth

Phoebe Dunn,
Creative services business KOJO has added Perth to its Australian footprint, opening a permanent office in the heart of Western Australia’s capital. The new CBD location complements the national expansion of KOJO’s creative services business and allows the company to strengthen its offering in Western Australia across sport, brand, film and TV, and events.

The move comes off the back of recent growth in the company’s sporting sector in the western state, highlighted by clients including the West Coast Eagles, Perth Scorchers and new Perth Stadium. Now with a physical presence in four major Australian cities, this latest move is reflective of KOJO’s continued period of strong national growth.

KOJO has established relationships on the ground in Western Australia, delivering high profile events and content for BHP, Westpac and RACS. With other local clients including Alcohol Think Again, Homeloans and WACA, Stephen Lord, Executive Director – Brand & Sport, said opening a permanent location in Perth demonstrates the company’s commitment to partnering closely with clients.

“KOJO’s client base has grown rapidly in Western Australia, so opening permanently in Perth was a natural progression for us. After securing work with excellent clients in the Sports sector it was an obvious next step, so we can continue to ensure we provide the level of service we pride ourselves on,” said Lord.

Phoebe Dunn, Client Partner, has been on the ground in Perth with KOJO for four years. She is excited to have a dedicated Perth team which she believes will help grow local relationships, offering Western Australia a fantastic team of people and a business model which separates KOJO from the competition.

“KOJO specialises in creating closer connections between sporting franchises and fans by creating memorable experiences that produce compelling outcomes. By placing physical roots down, we are able to focus on increasing our Perth-based portfolio, build our local brand presence and continue to strengthen our relationships with our local clientele. ” said Dunn

Dunn, an experienced KOJO Executive Producer, and Lisa Moroney, Senior Digital Producer, will head up the locally based team and will continue to work with and be strongly supported by the company’s wider national team.

KOJO’s new office is located at 191 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000
