A red two-storied gate symbolizes the TAKEO-ONSEN hot-springs.
Entering through the gate, there are public bathhouses as well as bathes that guests can reserve for private use by hour, including the TONOSAMA-no-Yu (which was known to have been used exclusively by the samurai lord of this region).
Also, there is the TAKEO-ONSEN Historical Museum that exhibits historical materials related to the hot springs.
