Michelin Publishes First Shanghai Guide

Shanghai’s world-class dining scene will be featured for the first time in a Chinese edition of the famous Michelin Guide.

T’ang Court, a Cantonese restaurant located in The Langham hotel, was awarded three stars; seven restaurants were awarded two stars, eight restaurants received one star and 25 restaurants received a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide inspectors.

All in all, Shanghai restaurants received a total of 31 stars. The Michelin Guide has been showcasing the finest restaurants in the world for more than a century.
