The opening of the new office is in line with the airlines’ global move towards a new corporate identity that imbues both luxury and the essence of the ‘Malaysian Hospitality’ that the airline promotes – elegance, beauty and more importantly, truly Malaysian.
The new contemporary and stylish look has already been implemented at the award-winning Golden Lounge at Satellite Terminal, KL International Airport, and is also underway at Malaysia Airlines offices globally.
Located in the heart of New Delhi, the new office is the first of its kind outside Malaysia to get this look. Besides accommodating corporate, sales and other departments, the office will cater to all ticketing, reservation and allied needs of passengers, all under one roof.
The new office has been designed to effectively meet the requirements of customers, and is another step towards strengthening Malaysia Airline’s proposition of being a 5-star airline. A larger and more comfortable waiting area for First Class, Business Class and Economy Class makes it more conducive to meeting and serving guests with service excellence in a superior and modern environment. The reception area has been carefully developed to provide detailed information on Malaysia Airlines products and services and designed for better queue management. It also has a special handling room to manage and handle special cases.
Speaking at the occasion Mr. Azahar Hamid, Regional Senior Vice-President, South Asia & Middle East, Malaysia Airlines said, “Malaysia Airlines is adapting to a brand new corporate identity globally. Keeping an eye on the changing market dynamics, the new office has been specially designed for user convenience, presented in a fresh, contemporary and elegant ambience. I am confident that this new design will further strengthen Malaysia Airlines’ commitment of providing world-class service experience to its customers.”
The office attends to customers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs and Saturday from 9:00 Hrs to 13:00 Hrs.
