Visitor registration now open for AIME 2014

AIME (Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo) Visitor registration for the 2014 event is now open online with a range of new initiatives on offer to appeal to the varied audience.

AIME 2014 will take place on 18 and 19 February at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and those involved in organising travel, planning meetings, conferences or special events are encouraged to pre-register online to secure free entry.

AIME 2014 will showcase over 750 Exhibitors from five continents and provide inspirational professional development via the AIME Knowledge education program, as well as unrivalled opportunities to network with key industry contacts, making it the consummate event for business events planners at every level.

To ensure the event continues to innovate and simplify the way to do business on the show floor, the AIME team have a range of new initiatives lined up for 2014, which will give buyers access to a range of high quality suppliers, offering the very best options for unforgettable events. The brand new Asian and European Pavilions, introduced in response to demand from attendees to see more Exhibitors in these regions, will host premier event and travel companies in two convenient locations, while the Events and Services Pavilion, also new in 2014, will be the go-to venue for all event logistics requirements.

After its overwhelming success in 2013, the A LIST Open House will return to AIME for the second consecutive year. The A LIST Open House provides a great opportunity for attendees to meet face-to-face with leading event suppliers and boutique venues to get a real taste of how these specialist providers can enhance their events. The space will also showcase suppliers such as caterers, photographers, entertainers and stylists.

AIME 2014 is also launching the Innovation Zone, which will be a space on the show floor dedicated to all things new and interesting in the business events space. The Genius Bar is one of the features in this space offering delegates the opportunity to sit down with an expert and pick their brain on topics of interest.

In addition to these new areas, there is the opportunity for Visitors to pre arrange business appointments with their top choice of Exhibitors through the Visitor Appointment Diaries. These diaries will be complimentary to use and will allow Visitors to book meetings with Exhibitors to ensure their time at AIME is maximised.
